Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
- With no damage, scratches, stains, perfume marks, or signs of use
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or used.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons
- Customized or personalized items
- Items purchased on sale or special promotion.
- Items damaged due to misuse, chemicals or improper care.
- Items returned without original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer another item of equal value or store credit.

Return delivery fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was incorrect.
Product Care Responsibility
Our jewelry is made to be enjoyed with care. Damage caused by perfume, harsh chemicals, or improper storage is not considered a manufacturing defect.
